Six Insightful Workshops, One Brilliant Team

Over the past three weeks, I had the pleasure of delivering six INSIGHTS Discovery workshops for the 70-strong team at YHEC in York.

It was a fantastic experience — not just because of the sunshine (and yes, York really knows how to show off in summer), but because of the energy, curiosity, and openness that every group brought to the sessions.

Across the workshops, we explored how different personality preferences show up in communication, collaboration, and day-to-day work life. It was brilliant to see lightbulb moments around personal strengths, team dynamics, and how to better connect across styles — with plenty of laughs and honest reflections along the way.
