At Beard Insights, we work closely with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams to help them prioritise and tackle the organisational and operational growth challenges that matter most.

Guiding your business and people through a period of growth or organisational change takes more than ambition - it requires clear leadership, thoughtful planning, and a calm, balanced mindset that recognises the natural rhythms of growth and lays solid foundations for success.

We use a blend of 1-1 mentoring/coaching and focused consulting work, to explore your operational issues and help you in the planning and delivery of organisational change.

  • Developing competency frameworks that can clarify role expectations, support career development, and act as a clear guide for performance and progression feedback conversations.

  • Guiding on how information can best regularly and consistently flow within the business, to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement from the team, and clear leadership.

  • Reviewing and improving core internal processes and SOPs, in order to ensure consistency in delivery effectiveness, service quality and brand protection, and to support scalable growth.

  • Helping teams have clarity in terms of their service offerings, understand of client needs, and prioritise relationship development.

What to expect

We recognise that CEOs and Founders need very specific input, to compliment and expand their own key skills and strengths and experience, to view things through a different lens. We tailor this service to these specific needs, and can work on either a retainer basis, or on a fixed-fee project-by-project approach, depending on the exact nature of the support needed.
