Our Story

I founded Beard Insights in 2022, after 25 years of senior leadership in HTA / HEOR / Market Access consulting - building teams, leading projects, and coaching others to lead in their own way. Along the way, I realised that what I do best (and enjoy most) is helping people grow - not just in skill, but in confidence, clarity and connection.

The puffin in my company logo is a quiet nod to adaptability, resilience, and a strong sense of place. Puffins are seen to thrive in what can often seem the toughest of environments, and will do so in their own way. It felt like the right visual fit for a business that’s all about empowering people to lead with authenticity and focus.
