Our Story

I founded Beard Insights in 2022, after 25 years of senior leadership in HTA / HEOR / Market Access consulting - building teams, leading projects, and coaching others to lead in their own way. Along the way, I realised that what I do best (and enjoy most) is helping people grow - not just in skill, but in confidence, clarity and connection.
